Boys Gym (ages 5-12)

Is a unique program designed especially with the needs of growing boys in mind. Gymnastics is a building block for all sports. Our classes are designed to work on strength and conditioning, tumbling and trampoline, power and speed, and coordination. Also adding the bars, vault and rings the boys get an amazing workout and are learning an incredible sport.

Boys Gymnastics Level 1 Beginner (Ages 5-12)

Mastery of beginner skills and introduction to intermediate skills such as walkovers and handsprings on floor, cartwheels and handstands on beam, circling and swinging on bars, and flipping on trampoline. Strength conditioning and flexibility is increased.

• Length: 60 minutes

• Pre-Qualifications: Must be 5 years old

• Apparel: Boys: T-Shirt and elastic waistband shorts
