Awarded Northern California's #1 Gymnastics Program
Happy Feet gymnastics evolves in our unique gym designed just for toddlers. With state of the art new equipment our classes are led by energetic, experienced professional teachers. The six pillars of character: trustworthiness • respect • character • fairness • caring and citizenship, guide our progressive program in a fun, family friendly, clean and positive environment.
In our Olympic program the levels start with an introduction of the basics needed to learn gymnastics skills on all of the four Olympic events plus Trampoline. Progressions are taught until skills are mastered. As your child progresses through our levels they will also become stronger and more flexible, in turn creating confidence and self esteem. Athletes will then concentrate on technique and execution of skills. Classes are age appropriate and skill level appropriate.
Is a unique program designed especially with the needs of growing boys in mind. Gymnastics is a building block for all sports. Our classes are designed to work on strength and conditioning, tumbling and trampoline, power and speed, and coordination. Also adding the bars, vault and rings the boys get an amazing workout and are learning an incredible sport.
Bay Aerials has a Future Team Program for those gymnasts who want to train to be a part of our Junior Olympic & Competitive Team. This team requires a monetary and a time committment from the family. Our J.O. Competitive Team competes locally within Northern California. We have 3 levels of J.O.
Future Team: Butterflies • Fireflies • Dragonflies
Bay Aerials has a program for those gymnasts who are able to do more advanced skills and don't want to make the huge commitment that regular compulsory team levels require. It is the perfect answer to gymnasts who like to compete and stay active with this sport but also have other activities, obligations, or commitments. We have a class for younger girls and a class for older/high school young women.
The party participants receive one hour of fun filled gymnastics instruction out on the floor. They do a 15 minute circuit on one side of the gym and a 15 minute circuit on the opposite side of the gym. The last half hour is spent playing games, relay races, parachute and prizes. After the hour on the floor the remaining 30 minutes of the party is spent in the party room for cake and ice cream.
